Ankin offers testing of Soils, Aggregates for concrete, Pavement and Railway Ballast, Water, fresh and hardened Concrete, Construction Quality Control and Structural Integrity analysis.

The above tests are carried out in accordance with applicable international standards such as;
Drilling works, profile logging. We drill, sample
and conduct SPTs at Bridges, Basements, foundations, Dams Embankments, and Stone Quaries. We monitor ground water in drilled boreholes to confirm nature of ground water that aid in determining the suitable foundation types and constructability.
For shallow studies, we excavate test pits manually/mechanically, depending on site conditions, to clearly observe the stratigraphy of the subsoil layers and visually classify the soils. We commonly apply this technique on proposed shallow foundation and road subgrade.
We use the Standard DPL Equipment to evaluate the in-situ soil properties such as relative density. The parameters obtained are then used to estimate the bearing pressures for both shallow and intermediate foundations
We carry out plate load tests in shallow foundations to accurately determine bearing pressures at varying depths and estimate the rate of settlement.

We offer ground water level monitoring by lowering pipes and recording water levels for up to 72 hours. Through this, we can analyse the nature of ground water
